Some suggestions I’d have to help make Online Publishing a bit better would definitely be more special features. For example, we all did an article for a certain teacher where we wrote about them and their influence on us as well as others. I enjoyed that very much and I felt that that was a very good way to show our appreciation for our teachers, especially when some may not know they are appreciated. I also enjoyed this because it does tend to get a bit harder when you have to choose topics that have to be Alden related. Sometimes there are only a selective few to choose from and those article choices get taken quickly. There were a few time I and some others had a difficult time deciding what to write our next article on. It also wasn’t fun when we didn’t know and got stuck with a topic that didn’t interest us. It’s much easier to write about something you’re interested in. Another suggestion would be to also expand our choices. There are some things that are going on outside of Alden that do interest us and others. I think that may help us out more when we’re having a tough time choosing from Alden related topics. Another thing would be to give us less choice blogs at the start. If you’re going to give us more do it progressively towards the end of the year when more is going on with the school and when we have a bunch of topics to write about. At the start and middle of the year, choice blogs became difficult to write about due to not much going on. Overall, I was very pleased with this class and I had a lot of fun being able to be part of this class.
